Yoga

  • A 50-minute guided yoga session designed to promote relaxation, flexibility, and mindful movement. Beginner-friendly, this practice combines gentle stretches and breathing techniques to relieve tension and improve range of motion, leaving your group feeling grounded, refreshed, and centered.

    • A certified and insured instructor

    • Use of mats and yoga props

    • Filtered water and tea service

    • Access to the studio 10 minutes before class and 30 minutes after.

  • Starting at $500 for 10 people or under. Each additional guest is $45.

Mat Pilates

  • A dynamic 50-minute Mat Pilates session designed to enhance core stability, improve posture, and boost overall strength.
